Tekboox is Hiring: HR Generalist (3–4 Years Experience)

Tekboox US base company urgently looking to hire HR Generalist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to manage core HR functions and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grip on HR operations, policy development, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies in line with company objectives and compliance standards
  • Design, track, and evaluate departmental and individual KPIs to drive performance
  • Manage employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution
  • Handle employee relations, negotiations, and disciplinary matters effectively
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR SOPs for streamlined operations
  • Oversee payroll processing and attendance management with accuracy
  • Lead performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation and HR compliance
  • Coordinate recruitment activities when required and support onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (preferably FlowHCM)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently

Job Timing & Location

Job Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM(Onsite)
Job Location: DHA Y Block, Phase 3, Lahore
