Hiring Alert – HR Generalist

NSOL is seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team at our office located in Chandni Chowk, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing daily HR operations while ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management.

Location:

Shift Timing:

8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, initial interviews, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, attendance reports, leave management, and other HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for newly hired employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines while ensuring employees are aligned with company standards and expectations.
  • Handle employee relations matters by addressing workplace concerns, responding to employee queries, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Support performance management activities including employee evaluations, performance tracking, feedback coordination, and performance improvement follow-ups.
  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and shift adherence while preparing regular HR and administrative reports for management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and training sessions to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Support payroll coordination by maintaining attendance records, leave summaries, and employee data required for payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning, hiring requirements, and operational HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices across all HR operations.
  • Assist management in administrative tasks, operational coordination, and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work night shifts
