We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist + Admin to manage HR functions, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Attendance and Leave Management: Track daily attendance, monitor leave applications, and maintain accurate records as per company policy.
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately, ensuring timely salary disbursement and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws such as the Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Shops and Establishments Act, and other applicable state and central regulations. File necessary returns related to PF, ESI, and TDS on time.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive and legally compliant work environment.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, and onboarding, in line with company and labor law requirements.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure the dealership is compliant with training obligations under various laws.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain all HR-related documents, including employee contracts, statutory registers, and legal documents, ensuring they meet compliance requirements.

Administration:

  • Showroom Operations Support: Oversee the smooth daily operations of the showroom, ensuring coordination between sales and service teams.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the maintenance of showroom facilities, adhering to health and safety standards as per statutory guidelines.
  • Vendor and Inventory Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure timely procurement of office supplies and showroom needs.
  • Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management. Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain statutory records, including registers under the Shops and Establishments Act, attendance records, wage books, and other necessary documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on statutory compliance.
  • Knowledge of payroll software, MS Office tools, and statutory filings (PF, ESI, labor laws).
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Tamil is essential.
