Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate medical insurance (enrollment, renewals, claims, and vendor liaison).
  • Handle EOBI, SESSI, and labour law compliance activities and documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, shift, and leave management systems.
  • Maintain strong employee and worker relations, addressing grievances professionally.
  • Ensure accurate HR records, employee files, and database updates.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Admin teams for payroll inputs and benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IR / HR operations, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing setup.
  • Sound understanding of labour laws, EOBI, SESSI, and employee benefits management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and ethical approach.
