HR Generalist (Tagalog)

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 3–4 years of UAE experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
• Support payroll processing and HR documentation.
• Manage employee relations and ensure labor law compliance.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, and engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
