Job Title: HR Head

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead the Human Resources function across our centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Drive employee engagement, training & development initiatives.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and career progression plans.
  • Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, etc.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions effectively.
  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, and HRIS system management.
  • Create a positive, motivating, and growth-driven workplace culture.

  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws & compliances.
  • Ability to handle multi-location operations.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., GreytHR, HRMS tools).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in retail, gaming, hospitality, or service industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
