Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business goals, providing advice to senior leadership and contributing to organizational development.

· Talent Acquisition & Management:

Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent, and establish systems for performance management, training, and succession planning.

· Employee Relations:

Manage employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

· Compensation & Benefits:

Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits, to attract and retain talent.

· Compliance:

Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, staying up-to-date with legal changes.

· HR Operations:

Manage HR information systems (HRIS), payroll, and other HR administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.

· Culture & Engagement:

Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive company culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve retention.

· Team Leadership:

Mentor, guide, and manage the HR team, providing coaching and performance feedback to foster their professional growth.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

· Proven experience in strategic HR management and leadership.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics.

· Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

· A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
