- Oversee overall HR and personnel functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company goals and statutory requirements.
- Handle manpower planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to meet business needs.
- Manage employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance redressal to ensure a positive work culture.
- Supervise training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial relations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Liaise with government departments, external agencies, and unions on HR and personnel matters.
- Prepare and manage HR budgets, MIS reports, and analytics for management review.
- Guide and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.
- Support top management in strategic decision-making related to human resources and organizational growth.
