One of our Canadian based client is expanding their team in Pakistan and are looking for a Head of HR to join them.
Timings: 1 pm to 9 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management systems for internal staff and external clients.
- Establish clear KPIs, goal-setting processes, and appraisal frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Build performance culture through regular reviews, coaching, and continuous feedback.
- Advise leadership on best practices in performance evaluation, career development, and reward structures.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends and recommending corrective action where needed.
- Develop and deliver OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
- Lead interventions in change management, restructuring, and leadership development for both internal teams and external clients.
- Conduct needs assessments, design learning & development frameworks, and support succession planning.
- Drive initiatives to improve leadership capability, talent retention, and overall workforce productivity.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training programs to embed organizational transformation.
- Define and execute HR strategy in line with the company’s business vision and consulting model.
- Draft, implement, and review HR policies, processes, and frameworks for both internal teams and client organizations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and alignment with global best practices.
- Oversee performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Establish HR metrics and dashboards to track employee engagement, attrition, and performance outcomes.
- Support the end-to-end hiring process
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and clients, providing insights on people strategy and organizational design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration. Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) strongly preferred.
- 8–12 years of HR experience with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role focusing on Performance Management and OD.
- Proven track record of implementing HR frameworks and OD initiatives within consulting or professional services environments.
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to HR and OD practices.
- Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution.
