Job Summary:

The HR Head at Chaudhary Lifestyle will be responsible for leading the entire Human Resource function, ensuring smooth HR operations, developing people strategies, and fostering a positive and high-performance work culture. The role involves strategic planning as well as hands-on execution across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth objectives.
  • Partner with top management to drive organizational culture, values, and workforce planning.
  • Design and execute policies to strengthen the company’s employer brand.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
  • Implement onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA-based).
  • Conduct regular review meetings to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Identify training and development needs for various levels.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a healthy work environment through open communication and team-building activities.
  • Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and reward programs.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee files, and HRMIS systems.

6. Learning & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs.
  • Encourage leadership development and succession planning.

7. Organizational Development

  • Contribute to change management and restructuring efforts when required.
  • Drive initiatives for improving organizational efficiency and employee retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Experience in retail, lifestyle, or fashion industry preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,099.52 - ₹91,580.21 per month
