Job Summary:
The HR Head at Chaudhary Lifestyle will be responsible for leading the entire Human Resource function, ensuring smooth HR operations, developing people strategies, and fostering a positive and high-performance work culture. The role involves strategic planning as well as hands-on execution across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth objectives.
- Partner with top management to drive organizational culture, values, and workforce planning.
- Design and execute policies to strengthen the company’s employer brand.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
- Implement onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
3. Performance Management
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA-based).
- Conduct regular review meetings to ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Identify training and development needs for various levels.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a healthy work environment through open communication and team-building activities.
- Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and reward programs.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee files, and HRMIS systems.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs.
- Encourage leadership development and succession planning.
7. Organizational Development
- Contribute to change management and restructuring efforts when required.
- Drive initiatives for improving organizational efficiency and employee retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, or fashion industry preferred.
