Position: HR Help Desk

NewEast KSA is a leading automotive company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Help Desk . This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

As an HR Help Desk , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our employees and managers. Your main role will be to assist with any HR-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. This includes but is not limited to, payroll inquiries, benefits administration, employee onboarding, and policy and procedure guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues from employees and managers

- Provide timely and accurate resolution to inquiries and issues, escalating to the appropriate HR team member when necessary

- Assist with employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrollment

- Maintain accurate records of all employee interactions and inquiries in the HR system

- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate and consistent information to employees

- Collaborate with other HR team members to identify and address trends or recurring issues

- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall employee experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR support role

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
