We’re searching for a Riyadh-based HR & Admin Officer to join our MEA team, so that we can ensure seamless office operations and high-quality HR administrative support across the region. The HR & Admin Officer will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, HR system updates, and government portal compliance to empower our regional leadership and workforce to focus on delivering safer healthcare solutions. The HR & Admin Officer works closely with the Senior People Partner to deliver day-to-day HR administrative support.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the MEA General Manager to ensure an efficient, safe, and secure running of the Riyadh office.
  • Handle a wide range of administrative duties supporting the business, colleagues, and clients including travel bookings, post handling and office logistics.
  • Support the global Building Facilities Manager with facilities matters relating to the Riyadh office, including logging health and safety risks and coordinating approved action plans and repairs.
  • Collate, manage, and archive key data for clients and projects. Maintain client and partner databases and diary management.
  • Assist in organising company events, including venue bookings, purchasing and document preparation.
  • Manage and maintain office operation contracts and agreements such as cleaning contracts and daily supplies.
  • Supervise administrative assistants to ensure stationery and regular stock requirements are maintained.
  • Provide cross-office administrative support to other functions as required.

Human Resources (Administrative Support)

  • Provide HR administrative support in close partnership with the Senior People Partner and Global HR team.
  • Assist with recruitment administration including screening coordination, reference checks and pre-employment checks.
  • Support the preparation and administration of offer letters and employment contracts in coordination with the HR Services team.
  • Manage HR related government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad and related systems as directed.
  • Support onboarding and induction administration for new joiners, ensuring local documentation and system requirements are completed.
  • Prepare standard HR reports and presentations as requested.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes and update HR systems accordingly. Maintain, update and archive employee documentation in line with local requirements.
  • Provide administrative support on employee relations matters under the guidance of the Senior People Partner or Global HR team.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives from an execution and coordination perspective as directed.
  • Organise employee engagement activities such as birthdays, local celebrations and anniversaries.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll processing, exit interviews, metrics reporting and training coordination


What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having


  • Proven success in managing KSA government relations and navigating labor law processes through platforms like the Chamber of Commerce and Baladi.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within a global or technology-focused environment.
  • In-depth knowledge on how to maintain data confidentiality while handling sensitive employee records and payroll documentation.
  • Ability to commute to Riyadh on a hybrid basis as required by the General Manager.
  • Sincere interest in healthcare technology and a passion for supporting a mission-driven organization.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a diverse, global team while remaining highly organized and self-motivated in independent tasks.
