Job Description: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to identify and hire the right talent for our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on different hiring platforms and social media.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management for final hiring.
• Maintain records of applicants, interviews, and hiring data.
• Manage onboarding process for newly hired employees.
• Work towards meeting recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Only female candidates can apply.
• Strong communication skills (English preferred).
• Age: 18 – 38 years.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Organized, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to work in a night shift environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Rs. 45,000 per month
• Rs. 5,000 commission per successful hire

Shift & Location Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Ramadan Shift: 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Regular Shift (After Ramadan): 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
