HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, database management, and recruitment operations.

• Manage, update, and clean existing candidate and recruitment databases
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal protocols
• Scout and identify potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal sources
• Conduct preliminary screening and maintain candidate pipelines for open positions
• Draft, edit, and finalize Job Descriptions (JDs) based on discussions with the HR team and hiring managers
• Use a variety of sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) to discover, approach, and attract qualified candidates

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
