Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Malappuram. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while being directly involved in executing our cultural transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations (recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation).
• Actively participate in the execution of our strategic cultural plan already designed for the organization.
• Support in organizing HR events, employee activities, and vibe-building initiatives.
• Help maintain HR records and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
• Learn and apply HR tools, KPIs, and people management practices.
