Job Description: HR InternAbout the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students pursuing HR/management studies who are looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities while learning best practices in HR management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll support activities.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize HR events.
  • Support in drafting HR letters, documents, and communications.
  • Conduct initial research on HR trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Assist HR team in daily administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship experience in HR or administrative roles (if any).
  • Knowledge of HR tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
