Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including leave tracking and employee queries
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance evaluation and feedback processes
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and HR support

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong command of English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
