About the Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR management.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using job boards, social media & campus recruitment.

Screen resumes and assess applications.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Communicate with candidates and provide updates.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Assist in job postings across platforms.

Support in recruitment events (job fairs, campus drives).

Provide administrative HR support when needed.

Requirement :-

➡ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field.

➡ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

➡ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

➡ Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

➡ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

➡ Ability to work well in a team environment.

➡ Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

➡ Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Language: English (Preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Passion for HR and talent acquisition.
