HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate internal employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications
  • Support learning & development activities and performance management processes
  • Conduct market research on HR best practices and trends

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
