Job Type: Internship (Immediate Joiner)

Eligibility:

• MBA in HR (Fresher)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordination)
• Schedule and coordinate walk-in interviews
• Maintain candidate database and records
• Support HR team in daily activities and documentation
• Engage in employee onboarding and induction activities

Requirements:

• Fresh MBA HR graduate
• Available for immediate joining
• Willing to work from office (walk-in interview process)
• Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented

Stipend: Based on interview performance and prior experience (if any)

Future Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time role after 3–6 months.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
