HR Intern

We’re Hiring: HR Intern (Onsite – Indore)

Are you curious about how HR really works beyond textbooks? This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle and real HR challenges inside a growing organization.

Location: Indore (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: 5k Per Month

What you’ll work on:

• Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and learning how to assess fit.
• Onboarding & Induction: Supporting new joiners, preparing documentation, and helping them settle in.
• Employee Engagement: Assisting with activities, surveys, and creative ways to keep employees motivated.
• HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, drafting letters, supporting payroll inputs, and compliance basics.
• People Initiatives: Helping design small projects around culture, learning, and workplace improvements.
