HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and extending offers.
• Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective and creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates using various channels such as job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions.
