HR Intern

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and initial HR calls).
  • Help maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases.
  • Support in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Coordinate with team members on day-to-day HR operations.
  • Draft and circulate memos, notices, and HR-related communications.
  • Assist in performance management and feedback collection.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 per month
