Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Update employee records, maintain databases, and Filing HR documents.
- Recruitment Assistance: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing workstations and coordinating orientation programs.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, assist in resolving issues, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as developing training materials or improving HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in data handling and reporting.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
