HR Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Help organize and improve onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications.
  • Work on HR reports, surveys, and policy updates as needed.
  • Handle basic HR queries and help ensure a positive employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Interest in building a career in HR.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
