HR Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through various platforms.
  • Conduct initial telephonic conversations with candidates to assess suitability.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
  • Support in creating job postings and engaging candidates on LinkedIn/portals.
  • Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment process will be an added advantage.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn HR & recruitment practices.
