Role Overview

We’re looking for HR Interns who can support both Recruitment and Operations functions. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our team, improve processes, and ensure our people have an amazing experience, whether they’re joining us or growing with us.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment:

• Draft and post job listings across multiple platforms.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Operations:

• Maintain employee databases, HR records, and internal documentation.
• Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HR policies.
• Help organize team engagement and performance initiatives.
• Assist with day-to-day HR administration and process improvements.

Details

Location: Remote (Mumbai-based preferred for in-person projects and meetings)

Type: Full-time internship (No students or currently studying candidates)

Duration: 6 months (with potential full-time conversion)

Start Date: Immediate
