Job Title: HR Intern – Recruitment (Work from Home)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern – Recruitment to support our hiring process for domestic clients. This is a work-from-home internship where you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic clients.

Coordinate between clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.

Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely updates.

Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.

Support in any additional HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
