HR Intern

Job Summary:

The HR Intern will assist the HR department in daily operations, supporting various functions such as recruitment, documentation, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in core HR practices within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
  • Coordinate attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and letters as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
