1. Yearly performance management

Coordinating with concerned department manager to complete the self appraisal and manager review for the team.

Ensure KRA & KPI are objectively written.

Coordinating for the data relating to PMS

2. Supporting the Great Place to Work, Survey.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
