Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Help maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
  • Coordinate and participate in employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Assist in drafting HR documents, offer letters, and memos.
  • Help in maintaining attendance, leave, and payroll support data.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR ( Pursuing or Completed MBA / BBA )
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
