Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within a professional tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and preparing documentation.
  • Assist in planning and executing team activities and employee engagement events.
  • Prepare HR-related emails, reports, and notices as required.
  • Learn and contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
