Takmeel Square — South Punjab’s flagship commercial development — is expanding its leadership team. We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager to lead our people strategy, drive organizational culture, and strengthen our growing workforce across departments.

Role Overview

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy implementation. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who values professionalism, ethics, and people-centric leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and compliance standards.
  • Manage payroll, employee benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented work culture.
  • Advise management on talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures with fairness and transparency.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role .
  • Strong background in construction, real estate, or corporate HR preferred.
  • Proven record in policy design, recruitment strategy, and team leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management , Business Administration , or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (CHRP, SHRM, etc.) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance frameworks in Pakistan.
