Job ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Draft and publish job descriptions based on team/management requirements.
  • Post and remove job ads on relevant platforms (job boards, social networks, career pages, etc.).
  • Manage pre-interview formalities: auto-responses, candidate questionnaires, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (online/offline) and communicate updates to applicants and department heads.
  • Send introductory emails to job applicants as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including:
  • Collecting necessary documents for records.
  • Creating official email IDs and folders for new joiners.
  • Enrolling new employees in HR software (Zoho People).
  • Opening salary accounts within the first month.

Employee Records & HR Software Management

  • Maintain and update individual employee records, both online and offline.
  • Operate and manage all HR functions through Zoho People on a regular basis.
  • Update Zoho People with relevant employee data (e.g., background, qualifications, skills).
  • Maintain employee folders and ensure they are regularly updated.

Contracts & Documentation

  • Prepare, issue, and manage offer letters for various employee categories: probation, permanent, internship, contractual, departmental changes, and hierarchy transitions.
  • Issue HR-related documents such as:
  • Internship certificates
  • Experience certificates
  • Relieving letters
  • Salary slips
  • Prepare and circulate company policy documents and organizational presentations (PPTs, videos) for staff and potential hires.

Performance Management

  • Track employee appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and exits using a calendar-based system.
  • Implement and manage the monthly review process.
  • Support employee development and performance-based compensation processes.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare HR reports and presentations on metrics like department-wise hiring trends.
  • Maintain interview schedules and hiring dashboards on a monthly basis.

Miscellaneous

Handle any additional HR or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
