Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and screen incoming resumes.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers for role requirements.
  • Support HR team in other day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a keen interest in HR and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment platforms and job boards preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Learn:

  • End-to-end recruitment process (IT & Non-IT hiring).
  • Screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
  • Use of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Exposure to HR operations and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
