Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, data management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about HR processes in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding activities (document collection, ID creation, welcome kits, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (appointment, confirmation, internship, etc.).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Help with attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
