Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
• Support onboarding and documentation for new employees
• Maintain HR records and employee data in databases
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and team events
• Draft HR communications, announcements, and internal documents
• Conduct basic research and help with HR analytics and reports
• Support day-to-day operations of the HR department

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• High level of discretion and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic about learning and working in a fast-paced environment
