Job Description

Code Analytics is looking for a proactive and confident HR Intern to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and data management. You’ll work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and learn professional HR practices in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
  • Support in preparing reports and managing data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Help with onboarding new employees and coordinating HR activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to support HR operations.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
