HR Intern

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist our HR team in managing recruitment and candidate selection processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, hiring, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process job applications received from job portals.
• Manage and communicate with candidates on WhatsApp for further processing.
• Post job listings on different platforms to attract top talent.
• Schedule interviews for senior HR personnel.
• Maintain and organize data and reports related to hiring and recruitment.
• Save and update contact details of potential candidates.
• Search for qualified candidates on LinkedIn and review resumes to find the best fit.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Hardworking and proactive approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes is a plus.
