Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening, interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client needs.
  • Client Coordination: Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate profiles and job openings.
  • Employer Branding: Promote CareerSource as a preferred recruitment partner.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company and legal guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
