HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with various administrative and HR-related tasks. This internship will provide exposure to real-world HR operations and the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. Should have excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain HR documents and update internal databases
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
• Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
• Support payroll and attendance management as needed
