Roles and Responsibilities – HR Intern

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, orientation materials, and introductions to company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee databases and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help with payroll-related data entry, attendance tracking, and leave management support.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and training sessions.
  • Support the HR team in drafting internal communications regarding policy updates, announcements, and procedural changes.
  • Conduct basic research on HR best practices and assist in policy documentation improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
