Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process — sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
  • Help prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.
  • Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, surveys, or training coordination.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data protection laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
