Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Help maintain HR records and update employee data in the system.

- Assist with HR documentation such as employee contracts, policies, and procedures.

- Aid in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.

- Assist in tracking attendance records.

- Support HR team members in day-to-day tasks as needed.

- Contribute to HR projects related to performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
