Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various domains (e.g., Technical, Non-Technical, Engineering, Management, Healthcare, etc.)
- Support in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic or online interviews and evaluate communication skills and basic eligibility.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment records are updated and confidential.
- Help organize recruitment drives, campus hiring events, and internship programs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with applicants regarding job requirements, interview schedules, results, and onboarding procedures.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and other onboarding documentation.
- Provide regular status updates to the HR manager/team regarding recruitment progress.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (any discipline); preference for candidates studying HR, Management, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and/or local languages).
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online platforms.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced recruitment processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

- Based in Noida (or as per company requirements), reporting to the HR Manager.
