Role Overview
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department with daily administrative tasks, recruitment, employee engagement activities, documentation, and coordination. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and learn organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Support employee onboarding activities such as document collection, ID creation, induction planning, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Help organize training & development sessions and update training attendance records.
Assist in performance appraisal support tasks like data collection and follow-ups.
Support HR operations and administration including letter drafting, leave management, HR forms filing, and record keeping.
Participate in employee engagement activities and event coordination.
Generate HR-related reports and spreadsheets when needed.
Provide general support to the HR team.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
