SpeEdLabs is an AI-enabled adaptive learning platform designed by IIT/IIM alumni. We work with schools, teachers, and students across India to provide personalized learning and practice tools for CBSE, ICSE, JEE, and NEET preparation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for various departments across India. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to work under deadlines, and experience in recruiting for bulk as well as specialized roles.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth coordination
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets

Coordination & Follow-up

• Coordinate F2F, Virtual, and Managerial rounds
• Maintain communication with candidates regarding feedback, status, and final selection
• Handle offer negotiation and offer letter issuance

Documentation & HR Operations

• Maintain all records, trackers, and dashboards
• Support onboarding, joining formalities, and document verification
• Work closely with the HR team for continuous hiring needs

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (EdTech experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with job portals
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle bulk hiring + specialized roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Laptop is mandatory

Work Location & Timing

• Powai, Mumbai (Office-based role)
• Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
