Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000/month

Role Objective

To support the agency’s hiring and HR operations while actively assisting in marketing activities, gaining a 360° understanding of how a global creative agency functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update internal HR databases.
• Assist in HR initiatives such as policy rollouts, engagement activities, and weekly team check-ins.
• Track leaves, attendance, and performance updates.

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain spreadsheets and trackers for tools, subscriptions, and marketing expenses.
• Support in basic finance coordination, including invoice reconciliation and vendor record maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Age: Up to 25 years
• Student or recent graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel
• Familiar with Instagram trends, engagement metrics, and algorithms
• Social media savvy with a creative mindset

Preferred Attributes

• Prior internship experience in HR, admin
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
