Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane
Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Stipend: ₹1,000 per month
Internship Duration: 4 Months
Opportunity: Full-time role based on performance after internship

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about human resources and build a strong foundation in employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the hiring process – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Support in employee management and maintaining employee records
• Help with salary calculation and payroll support
• Coordinate daily HR activities and ensure smooth operations
• Provide support in employee engagement activities

Requirements:

• Graduate/Undergraduate (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets
• Eager to learn and grow in HR
• Candidates from nearby locations (Thane, Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, etc.) will be preferred
