Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial phone screenings, assess resumes, and shortlisting candidates for interviews based on job specifications.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing information on the role, the company, and the recruitment timeline.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
